RX MALE AND FEMALE

WOD 1 (8-minute time cap)

  • 200 Double Unders
  • 50 Box Overs (Male 30″/Female 24″)
  • Squat Cleans (Male 185/Female 135)

**Score is based off the Squat Cleans completed.

**Tie breaker: time when completing box overs

WOD 2 (10-minute time cap)

  • 400m run

–then–

  • 21-15-9
  • Snatch (Male 115/Female 85)
  • Burpee over bar

**Score is fastest time.

SCALED MALE AND FEMALE

WOD 1 (8-minute time cap)

  • 200 Single Unders
  • 50 Box Overs 24″
  • Squat Cleans (Male 95/Female 65)

**Score is based off the Squat Cleans completed.

**Tie breaker: time when completing box overs

WOD 2 (10-minute time cap)

  • 400m run

–then–

  • 21-15-9
  • Snatch (Male 75/Female 55)
  • Burpee over bar

**Score is fastest time.

TEEN MALE AND FEMALE

WOD 1 (10-minute time cap)

  • 1000 meters row
  • 50 Thrusters (45# for both male and female)
  • 20 double unders

WOD 2 (10-minute time cap)

  • 30 Snatches (Male 55/Female 35)
  • 30 Deadlift (Male 115/Female 85)
  • RX CO-ED TEAM

WOD 1 (8-minute time cap)

  • 400 Double Under (one teammate works at a time)
  • 50 alternating box jumps 30″
  • Max Squat Cleans (Male 185/Female 135)

**Must alternate jumps/one person cannot complete two jumps consecutively.

**Max squat cleans with remaining time (one lift per team at a time).

**Score is based off the Squat Cleans completed.

**Tie breaker: time when completing box jumps

WOD 2 (10-minute time cap)

  • 400m run

–then–

  • 9-7-5 x 2
  • Snatch (Male 115/Female 85)
  • Burpee over bar (does not have to be bar facing)

**Both partners will complete the 400 m run together. Team will then run directly to the bar and one teammate will begin all 9 snatches; the other will be standing by to begin 9 burpee over bar once snatches are complete.

**First partner will complete all 9-7-5 of snatches while the other completes 9-7-5 of burpee then teammate will rotate movements. Two bars will be set up for male and female.

**Score will be time completed or total reps completed.
