150 Wall Balls 20/14

**Each dash between the “Annie” sets represents a 400m Run. Partners can work at the same time for
their Double Unders and 1 at a time for the Sit-Ups, then they will run together. When they come in from
their run, partner 1 will do a max set of Wall Balls (once dropped, their set is over), then partner 2 will do
a max set of Wall Balls. When both partners have done a max set they move on to their next round of
Annie. They do max sets till they reach 150 reps of Wall Balls.
