Strength: Front Squat 3@70%, 3@ 80%, 3@90%
Regional Event 5 Workout (MOD)
21-15-9 (Lean and Mean)
Muscle-ups (Jumping, Banded, Bar, or Rings)
Single Arm Overhead Squat 53/35 with KB (may go lighter, or sub for goblet squat for scaling purposes)
21-15-9 (Hulk Out)
Muscle-Ups Jumping Rings/Ring only)
Single Arm OHS (80/55) or AHAP will do
