CrossFit 623 - Daily WOD

Skill/WarmUp: Warm-up and mobilize for backsquat. Have people set-up for their workout between squat sets.
Strength: Back Squat 1RM Test or if people can’t test 1RM let them do 5X5 at 75%
WOD: Scooter-Hero Wod
On a 35 minute clock with a partner:
Complete as many Rounds and reps as possible in 30 Minutes of:
30 Double unders
15 Pull-ups
15 Push-ups
100 Meter sprint
Then, 5 minutes to find 1RM Partner Deadlift
