Mobility: 5-10 Minutes
Skill: Max Wall Balls in 5 Min Test (Record your number, we will be doing this often), and proper rowing
WOD: ROWING
Sprints:
5×50 meters Sprints with 30 seconds of rest in between
***5 Min Rest***
For Explosiveness and Pacing:
5 Rounds of:
3 min hard / 2 min easy…continue right into the 2nd-5th Rounds
***5 Min Rest***
For Benchmark:
1000 meter Row time!!
