Skill/Technique: Repeat Monday’s Drills, but for Snatch. Follow up with (Bar Only): 5X Muscle Snatch, 5X Snatch Balance,
5X Heaving Snatch Balance…Put Bar down…Then Repeat.

*make it and you move on, miss it and you have 1 more attempt. You can not move up in weight until you make a successful attempt. In order to get another attempt you must do another Row or Run.
