Strength: Deadlift 4X3 @ 90% 1RM
Skill: KB Snatch- Demo and make sure everyone is comfortable with this movement.
WOD:
1 Round of:
1 Muscle Up (3 Pull-ups, 3 Dips as scale)
2 Rope Climbs
Rest for 1 Minute–
2 Rounds of:
3- 25 ft. Bear Crawls (75ft. total)
4-KB Snatch (53/35) (Alternating)
5 GHD SitUps
Rest for 2 minutes–
3 Rounds of:
6 Burpees
7 Toes to Bar
8 Med Ball Cleans 20/14
