Diane-21 Deadlifts (225/185, 185/155, 155/125, 135/95)….scale further if need be), 21 HSPU
Helen-400m Run, 21 KBS (53/35, or scale further), 12 Pull-ups
Nancy-400m Run, 15 OHS (95/65, 65/35)
