Skill: Bar Muscle Ups and Ring Muscle ups
WOD: Super Death by Box Jumps
3 RFT:
45 sec-Max reps at 20′ box jumps, then 15 sec. rest
45 sec-Max reps at 24′ box jumps, then 15 sec. rest
45 sec-Max reps at 30′ box jumps, then 15 sec. rest
1 minute rest…
*1st Round Complete then you turn the boxes back to 20 and do it again for 2 more rounds. Count total number of reps.
