WOD:THRUSTER BUSTER
EMOM for 5 minutes:
5 Thrusters @ 95/65 or 65/45 or 45/35 , scale further for people who need it.
2 minute rest…..
EMOM for 5 minutes:
5 Thrusters @ 135/95 or 95/65 or 75/55
2 minute rest…..
EMOM for 5 minutes:
5 Thrusters @ 155/115 or 135/95 or 95/75
