Skill: Pick a muscle up, Lets practice for 10 Minutes. Others starting will work kipping and basic pull-up or c2b
WOD: 15 MIN AMRAP
10 Box Jumps
20 Air Squats
30 Dubs (60 Singles)
1 Rope Climb (or 10 ring rows)
