WOD:
50-40-30-20-10 (Air Squats)
5-4-3-2-1 (C&J @ 95/65, 135/95, 155/115, 185/135
Then……Run 800 Meters
50-40-30-20-10 (Double Unders)
5-4-3-2-1 (C&J–Same bar, same weight)
