Drill: Speed under the Bar with PVC pipes. “Set.” to have feet planted and pipes at shoulders. “Drop!”everyone drops into a
split as quickly as possible with good form. They stay there until you say “Stand”, that’s when everyone should one foot at a
time bring their feet back to neutral with bar overhead.
Strength: Clean and Jerk 7X1 Singles @ 90% of 1RM
WOD: Hanging Grace with a twist
30 C&J’s for time. 135/95
