CrossFit 623 - Daily WOD

Skill/Warm-up: Snatch Balance/Heaving Snatch Balance off the rig with bar or adding some warm up weight. After a few
tries let them start their snatches from the floor for their strength portion. (Emphasis on “active shoulders”)
Strength: Snatch 7X1 @90% of 1RM
WOD:
7 Rounds For Time:
7 Power Snatches 95/65 or 75/45 or 35/15
7 Snatch Balances 95/65 or 75/45 or 35/15
7 Overhead Squats 95/65 or 75/45 or 35/15
