WOD: 1-mile, 800-meter, 400-meter, 200-meter, 100-meter, 3×50 meters

Scoring: Rest the amount of time it takes you to run. Yes, it’s running. People may complain, and it’s usually the people that need running most. People with knee and joint issues may modify to rowing. People with whining and excuses issue may not.
