Diane: 21-15-9 Deadlifts 225#/135# and HSPUs
Fran: 21-15-9 Thrusters and Pull-Ups 95#/65#
Scoring: It’s back!!! 1 Partner works while the other rests. You much tag each other in or when going to another exercise. For instance if someone is on Deadlifts and they finish partner has to high five to go to handstand push ups. If you have an elite athlete that wants to try this as an individual they can, but time cap remains.
