400m Run (scale to 200 runs)
20 KB or DB Snatch @ 53/35 (use appropriate weight for DB’s or scale)
400m Run
18 KB or DB Snatch
400m Run
Until they go all the way down to 2 and that’s where they stop. CAP @35 min
*400 meters decreases to 200 meter runs once you get to 10 KB or DB Snatch.
Scoring: 20 snatches total=10 per arm. (Cap at 25 min)
