Scoring: Yoda starts this workout by doing 3 Jerks. He has to clean the weight from the floor to get the bar to his shoulders. He has a choice between split jerks and push jerks. Each following exercise goes up by 10 more reps. He completes as many rounds as he can in the time allotted. 1 Round=72 reps, 2 Rounds=144 reps, 3 Rounds=216 reps. (Yoda-340#/217 reps RX)
