Scoring: Stewie will do 10 cal row, then Brian does a 10 cal row. They each take turns going up the ladder. And then coming back down. Score is time it takes to complete the WOD. (Stewie and Brian: 18:22)
Clean and Jerk total of 7 singles made at heavier than last week by 5 or 10 lbs if possible.

Scoring: Total time to complete WOD. Beevis is doing 30 snatches as fast as he can, they can be power or full squat. When he completes the 30 at the beginning weight he can move on and add more weight to his bar to start the next portion of the ladder. He only has 10 minutes to complete as many reps as possible.
