Scoring: Lion-o gets 3 minutes to complete two rounds of 12 OHS and 12 C2B pull-ups. He does not complete it in the time allotted, so his workout is done. Mumm-ra on the other hand finishes the two rounds and therefore moves on to the bonus round which just adds 2 reps to the exercises (14 OHS, 14 C2B). If Mumm-ra finishes he then gets another 3 minutes and adds two reps. This continues until he cannot finish the 2 rounds in 3 minutes. (Ex. Lion-o 245#/ 47 reps RX) . Scale to pull-ups if athlete cannot do C2B
