Double-unders
Sit-ups (GHD RX+)
Scoring: Total time it takes to complete WOD from start to finish. (Ex. Tupac-140#/8:20 RX+) Try to push Tupac to focus on his double unders instead of automatically scaling to singles and then going straight to GHDs. If Tupac can’t RX this, he shouldn’t be doing RX+ (GHD’s). Singles 3:1 ratio.
