Start at 70% of 1 RM Hi Hang then increase 5-10# every 2 min until failure
Squats snatches should be done with each rep
Hol’ Up
6 min AMRAP
3 Muscle Snatches 75/55Rx 95/75Rx+
6 Burpees
Then immediately following…
4 min. to establish max handstand hold
(longest time held is score)
