Skill: Test Your Splits – Retest in 3 Weeks to a month (Measure distance from crotch to ground)

TWO-FER TUESDAY! (Have athletes write it down somewhere)

3 Tuck Jumps (Scale to step-up box jump for those who have knee issues and cannot jump)
3 Air Squats
25-Meter Broad Jumps
1 Muscle-Up (Bar or Rings – whichever is more difficult is the one you do)

200-Meter Run
25 Push-ups
